I have Outlook Office Professional 2007.

I just deleted everything that I had stored under My Personal folders,
innadvertedly, even to the point that I do not see any thing stored in the
Delete Folder that I can restore.

How can I get it back?

From your backup, of course. Anyone who doesn't back up their Outlook data
should expect to lose it permanently if they empty their Deleted Items
folder. How many diapers do you need?

Russ, how do I get to my backup in Outlook, or where it is so I could
retrieve a few of the deleted things?

Your backup is wherever you back up your data. You open your backup file
using File > Open > Outlook Data File...

Outlook automatically stores things in a "backup" files? To the best of my
knowledge, I haven't created an automatic backup file, so that is why I am
asking if it is automatically created by Outlook.

No it doesn't. Users back up their data. Routine practice.

Thnks, Russ. I have stored some of the things, but not others.
I learned something with all this.

If you routinely backup certain files, you might consider keeping your
Outlook data files with the other files you back up regularly.
