Deleted emails showing back up in inbox

We have Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003. We have a user that will delete
emails from her inbox and then about two weeks later, the messages are back
in the inbox. I tried to disable caching to see if that was the problem and
that did not fix the problem. auto archieve is turned off. This isn't
happening with any other users that I am aware of.
Thanks in advance for any help
