When I delete emails from my inbox, they show up in the delted file with my
email address as sender.

When going through deleted email to find an email I want to restore, all the
emails are now under my name. I can't tell who sent email except for the
subject line.

Is there a way to change this, so all deleted email retain the original
senders naem or email address.

Are you displaying the From field instead of the To field?

Make sure the view on the Deleted Items folder is the Messages view and not
the Sent To view.
