Deleted e-mail folder associated with .pst file...help!

I accidently deleted the e-mail folder associated with a .pst file in an
archived folder. Now when I try to open the .pst file to view, the archived
folder opens but without the e-mail. I tried to retrieve the file from the
deleted bin, but without luck. Is there a way I can get a new folder to view
my .pst file?
