i am trying to retrieve some assumingly deleted documents. it states that
the document has a missing shortcut and ends with .docm>>>can anyone help?!

docm would be a macro enable Word 2007 template, which you will find in the
folder indicated at Word Options > Advanced > File Locations > User
templates. If you have deleted it it will be either in the Recycle Bin, or
gone forever.
