I had a conflict between my pda and my PC, so deleted all my outlook data,
thinking I could resynch without conflicts from mt PDA.
But, despite thibking I had set the exchange to happen in the right
direction, the PC wiped the data from my PDA.

Help. How do I restore the data to my PC and then to my PDA, please?

Explain what you mean by 'deleted.......outlook data' and how you did so.

I did the same to. I somehow deleted a folder, I have checked my recycle bin
and done a search but cannot find the Folder which was in Outlook. Is there
anyway I can get it back?

Recovery might depend on what type of environment, exchange. pop or?
And what folder.
Presumably no back up process in place?

When you delete information from Outlook it goes into the deleted folder. So
if you have not emptied your deleted folder you can just move the information
back into the original folder.

Otherwise, I hope you have a backup of your Outlook data
