What you see if every folder you have that was enabled as an address book.
If you deleted a folder without disabling it, your Outlook Address Book
services may be corrupt. You should remove the bogus folders from that
service. I can't tell you that right now because I'm not at my OL 2007
system. Someone else may be able to jump in with the steps. In Outlook
2003, you'd click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories
or address books>Next, select Outlook Address Book, click Change, and remove
the extra folders.
