deleted border lost access to entire web site!

Help! I deleted a "right border" html page, hoping to delete the right border
that shows up on all the pages. By so doing, I lost access to the entire
site. I get a message saying that there are no files under the C drive on the
staging site (and in reality there are lots). what do I do?
