In lotus notes, when deleting attachments from an email, it records the
details of the attchments location - [attachment "SALES PLANS TW 2009.docx"
deleted by Tony Weston/aggreko] - I want to keep a record of attchments when
deleted from a saved email?

outlook doesn't support it natively, but you can use a utility or VBA to add
it.
