How can I delete the note "You forwarded this message on 10 Oct 2008" at the
top of an original message that I already forwarded?

not with features in outlook - you might be able to use VBA or OutlookSpy to
remove it.

I read it on another forum... hit "reply" and save it, then the forwarded notice disappears
