I am not talking about the sender's name; I'm talking about my name in the
"To:" box. I get email that are variations of my actual name. And all of them
are unwanted mail.
What do I set so I get only mail that has my correct email address in the
"To:" box?

well, you could make a rule that deletes all mail except if the correct
address is in the To field but this will also delete mail that is CC'd, BCCd
or from a mailing list. Better is a good spam filter to weed out the crap.
