Outlook Express 6

Is there anyway to delete a message (e.g. Send Message box) without it
showing up in the Delete Box so you don't have to delete it twice?

Thanks
David

shift + delete works in outlook - it might work in express.

Outlook Express doesn't appear to have a "permanently delete" feature.

I tried that. At first I thought it didn't work because clicking the "X" in
the toolbar while holding Shift does nothing. Then, however, I pressed the
Delete key instead and OE asked me if I wanted to permanently delete it.
