My system completely crashed (long story) The only way to get up and running
was to completely install Win XP off my restore disk onto same HD ( I have
2) without deleting the original.
Bingo, system let me boot up on new OS. I have Win1 and Win2. Running on
win2.
Now, how do I erase WINDOWS1? Im not using it and want the space. I cant
just right click and delete..want do I need to do to completely erase this
unused OS? I have it where I wont be asked for which OS in boot but just
need to delete win1. How do I do this?

If you have 2 XP's on the same HD in the same Partition then yes you can
just delete the old XP installation.
