how to delete a user account in windows xp

's Computer Specifications

we have having windows xp in our laptop. About 5 users are using this laptop.
so 5 profiles were created. One of the 5 moved out. He will no more use this
laptop. We want to delete his account.
Can anyone help us to delete this user account.

On pc start,tap the F8 key,select safe-mode,enter xp as the "administrator"
delete the account in control-panel.
