How to Delete too heavy outgoing mail?

's Computer Specifications

I attached a 93MB MP3 file to an e-mail. Click on SEND and it is stuck. I
cannot Delete, cannot Stop, cannot Move to another file, and cannot send any
other e-mail.

Please tell me how to erase that file so my Outlook will work fine.
