Right-clicking on any web site gives me the usual drop-
down list of items (Select all, Create Shortcut, Add to
Favorites) that suddenly includes one item I don't want, a
link to an objectionable website. How can I delete this
from the list of menu options?

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

Had same problem and solution worked.
