how to delete removable device drive letters in win xp home

i have 1 external harddrive and 1 card reader.i also have
1 internet harddrive and 1 internal zip drive.a burner and
a floppy disk drive.however, whenever i open my windows
explorer i have drive letters K, L and M that says it is
removable devices which does not exist.
how can i to delete removable device drive letters in win
xp home that does not exist.
