How do can delete the recycle bin of
a USB drive. I've tried several methods,
some of which come up with buggy
activity, but none have worked.

Is it that you see the recycle bin icon of the drive or you want it totally
removed?
What is the purpose of the removal?

Same way as any other.

Rename or Delete the Recycle Bin (Line 115)

Once installed, go to Windows Explorer and scroll down to Recycle Bin, left
click it to highlight, then go to File/Rename or Delete.
