I am following the instructions on how to delete a Quick Part, however, the
Organize and Delete option is not available. Does anyone know what might be
the reason for this.

Thanks in advance

So you are right clicking on a Quickpart entry to bring up the context
sensitive menu? What can you see on the menu?

I can see "Organize and Delete", but it is grayed out and cannot be selected.

Our message format is set to Plain Text which I am sure is causing the
problem. I do not any control over this and my organization will not change
it. I want to be able to use this functionality but do not know how to
manage it if we cannot Edit Properties or Organize and Delete. Is there
anything I can do?

Do you have any Quickparts showing when you click the Quickparts button? ie
have you made any yet - because you can't delete or organize then until
you've made some.
