Contact your host and ask them to run a check on the extensions, then I suggest that you publish the
remote/live site to your PC overwriting your local copy, as they should then get both sites in sync,
then you should be able to delete files locally and then when publishing and have Change Page Only
selected, should allow FP to delete the file. However for this work correctly, you must at all times
manage the content of your site directly from with FP, not Windows Explorer or your host's file
manager app.
