delete publish destinations

When I go to publish and I choose, "change" to change my destination, there
are 2 old publish destinations in my pull down menu. How do I get rid of
those? Also, how can I make sure the two publish destinations I use are the
2 that are in that pull down menu. I use onh http: and one ftp:

What FrontPage version??
They are stored in different places in different versions.
