How do I delete safely, an application from my computer when there is no
uninstall menu and the application does not show up in the add/remove
program folder?

You just delete the folder and all of its contents from Program Files

I thought that by doing so I would risk destroying associated files. If it's
that simple that's great. Thanks

There are no "associated file" in that directory.

And do a search in the registry for all occurrences of the program path,
and program name and delete them, AFTER doing a backup of the registry.
