Howard, for any message, you can right-click it and select Delete from the
shortcut menu *while holding down the Shift key.* That deletes it
straightaway.
You can also select multiple messages, right-click them and select Delete,
holding down the Shift key as you do so, to delete them all straightaway.
And here's something to look forward to: In Outlook 2003, Outlook sends junk
mail straight to the Junk Mail folder. Delete it from there and it's gone
for good.
