Can someone tell me how I can delete the dat file Perflib Perfdata.

Wait until the next day. You can't or shouldn't delete if it is
dated as the current day.

The most recent files are in use by the system and can't be deleted, hence
the message. Why would you want to anyway? The older one's not in use can
be deleted.
