how to delete a partly transmitted message

's Computer Specifications

I have a partly transmitted outgoing email message in outlook which includes
eight photo attachments which appears to have jammed. How do I clear it?

's Computer Specifications

Place Outlook in Offline mode via File-> Work Offline.
Restart Outlook and you should be able to delete it.
