delete outlook hyperlink

When adding a hyperlink to a document - when I start typing, a list of
hyperlinks window opens and there is a bad hyperlink included and it looks
very much like the correct hyperlink and in haste sometimes I click the bad
one - How do I get rid of the bad hyperlink to avoid future mistakes.
