How to delete non-existant email address?

In Outlook 2003, there is a box pop up that reads: Enter Network Password
The email address no longer exists in Outlook. This box will not allow me
to receive nor send emails. It constantly pops up; noone has been able to
help me get rid of it. How do I rid my computer of this box?
