i would be appreciate help me for finding my delete table in access file.i
deleted one of my table from my access file . i want to restore this file.but
i cant do it .
please guide me how can i restore this table in my access file ?

The tables all reside in the one file (mdb.)

Under some conditions, you can recover a deleted table.
The Microsoft knowledgebase articles explain how:

If you have a recent backup, you can import the table again using:
File | Get External | Import
