I tried to send a file with too many attachements and it was too large to get
out and now I can't delete it and it's stuck in my outbox for 4 days. I've
tried lengthening the lenght of time to send and it doesn't work. I just
want to delete it out of my outbox but it tells me it can't because it's in
the process of sending.

File - Work Offline.
Wait a couple minutes.
Try to delete message from Outbox.

If that still fails.
File - Exit while still offline
Start Outlook and stay offline.
Try to delete message from Outbox.

If it still fails, what version of Outlook?
