delete a message from outlook using a handheld

I am having a problem deleting a message I receive in my blackberry and
deleting it in my outlook on my desktop. Is there anyway to do this?

Outlook would not have any part in this. It would be all up to the sync
software you're using for the Blackberry. Ask your Blackberry support
people.
