Delete Meeting Update in Outbox

Ok,

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 to POP3 my email from Google Mail. I have
been scheduling meeting for a while now and emailing my contacts about
new meeting and updates about them. I made one meeting and then later
updated the time (both times I emailed the contacts), but now the
update will not send from the outbox. I cannot delete, move, cancel,
open, look at the properties, or just about anything else.

Please help
