Delete a Macro

's Computer Specifications

I have an Excel template with a Macro. I would like to delete the Macro, but
the Help directions indicate that I should go to Tools > Macro > Macros, then
in the "Macros in" list, click "This Workbook". When I do that, there are no
macros listed, but I know there are macros active in the template.
