The Storage Manager lets you delete any partition,
basic or dynamic. You can then use it to create a
new basic disk.
As a sledge-hammer approach, you can boot the
machine with a Win98 boot disk from
www.bootdisk.com,
then run delpart.exe from
http://www.russelltexas.com/delpart.htm
to delete any partition you like.
