iI HAVE SENT A MESSAGE WITH A LARGE ATTACHMENT (9 MB IN TOTAL). IT IS IN THE
SENT MESSAGE BOX BUT HAS NOT BEEN SENT. IF I TRY TO DELETE IT I GET AN ERROR
MESSAGE "CANNOT DELETE AS MESSAGE HAS STARTED TO BE SENT". hELP PLEASE

Go to lower right when sending is in progress and right click on
send/receive carat and cancel. the goto outbox and delete the email. I
believe you can do the same by just putting Outlook in offline mode

Put Outlook Offline and delete
