Go into Control Panel / Regional Settings and select whatever keyboard
is standard for your country.
You should also delete the custom keyboard from "Add/Remove Software"
in the Control Panel.
Lastly you should be aware that most registry cleaners are snake oil.
At best they do not do anything useful, in spite of their boastful
claims; at worst they cripple your machine.
