Delete FROM on forwarding a contact

I have Micosoft Outlook 2003 (11.8313.8221) SP3 and when I'm in my contacts
and I click on the the contact to highlight it and then opposite click it for
more options and I choose forward the dialoge box appears. Sometimes the
first line is "FROM' and other's it's not it's "TO". My question is how do I
get rid of the "FROM" I don't want others to know where I got it from. If I
delete it prior to sending it , it then reappears. I would like it gone
forever. There are some contacts that when I forward them the "FROM" box
doesn't even show. When I look at the all fields and go into the mail fields
and see the FROM there's an e-mail address there, sometimes it's mine and
other's it's someone else's that I got the contact info from.
