I have 2 physical HDD, in which i created 4 partition
(C:,D:,E:, ?-and for this last partition i didn't assign
any drive volume, and i mount it) all in NTFS format.
Problem is, i create an empty folder in this (?)NTFS
mounted volume, and when i try to delete it i can't do
that so. But when i cut the folder and paste it in other
unmounted NTFS disk, i am able to delete the folder.
There's nothing to do with the permission or encryption
i'm sure, so could u please explain to me why this
problem occured? Thank u.

Does it work if you use shift+delete? In that case, this MS Knowledge Base
article explains the behavior:
