Delete the files in Temporary internet cache

Hi,
I want to delete the files in "Temporary internet cache" and "History"
folder, is it ok to use "File.delete"? What are the true path of "Temporary
internet cache" and "History" folder?

Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.History)
