Windows and printers often don't play well together. On some printers it's
better to just let the darn thing print unless we're talking about hundreds
of pages.
However, to get rid of jobs that are stuck in the print queue:
Start Orb>Search box>type: cmd
When cmd appears in the Results box above, right-click it and choose "run as
Administrator".
Then at the command prompt, type:
net stop spooler [enter]
Your print jobs will be deleted. To restart the print spooler again you can
just do the following at the elevated command prompt:
net start spooler [enter]
You may need to reboot.
