Delete FAT32, then create NTFS partition

Hello,

My Windows 2000 SP4 server has one basic disk (mirrored) and one dynamic
disk (mirrored). The basic disk has four partitions. One partition has the
Windows 2000 Server program files. The other three partitions are formatted
as FAT32 and contain data files. The dynamic disk contains data files.

I have moved the data files from two of the FAT32 partitions to the dynamic
disk.

I would now like to delete those two FAT32 partitions and then make two new
FAT32 partitions (rather than converting the FAT32 partitions to NTFS since I
will have already moved the data files over to the dynamic disk).

Can I use Disk Manager to delete the two FAT32 partitions and then create
two new NTFS partitions? Would this affect the Windows 2000 Server progam
files partition and the remaining one FAT32 partition in any way? Is it best
to do this without anyone logged into the network?

Thanks for your help.
Millie
