how to delete excel task pane

's Computer Specifications

the task pane keeps starting up in excel. i do not want to see it. When I
delete it in TOOLBARS it keeps coming back upon startup

's Computer Specifications

Tools>Options>View.

Uncheck "Show Taskpane"
