I see that others have had the same problem and I have tried the steps:
file-work offline and then wait a few minutes and file exit and make sure
that outlook is not running but it doesn't work for me. I am running outlook
2003 on Windows XP home edition. I see that FH Huffman says that different
versions may need differnet steps. please help.
