I have one account that when i click delete it just goes into the deleted
folder ... the other account just just gets crossed out and I can NEVER
delete it. I want to be able to delete it and not just have it be struck
out???

That is how it works with IMAP accounts. You need to go to Edit, Purge to
clear the deleted items.
