I am unable to delete email by group-by function. For example, I grouped
some email by sender name. When I right click on the group and select delete, nothing happens. However, I click do it when MS Outlook is running in safe mode. Please kindly help.  |

I grab the heading (the person's name when grouped by From) and drag to the
Deleted Items folder. -- I hope this helps you at least a little bit! Yes, it worked.
But is it possible to figure it out?
