how to delete an email generated from an email-read

Outlook 2003
When an email is opened with an automatic reply upon opening, outlook asks
you if it can send this email.
I accidentally pressed ok so it started sending this email (I hate big
brother mails like this).

Since the SMTP server for this account is not updated, outlook is trying to
send this message. It is however not visible in the map out.
Where can I find it and kill it?
