Delete E-Mail when Forwarding

Dear All,

How can set it up so that all traces of a forwarded email are deleted from
my inbox? I would like to be able to forward an email and this email would be
deleted from my Inbox?

Doesn't including the "permanently delete it" action work?

Brian,

Thanks for the post but I am unsure where this option is to be found. I am
using Outlook 2000. The manager wants to forward an email to his assistant
and for that email to be removed fom his inbox (however I assume they still
want it in their sent items, though I don't know that!).

In the Rule Wizard actions list, under the "Move", "Move a copy", and
"Delete it" actions. It should be the fourth action in the list.
