Delete Duplicate Saved Mail Folder

I have two saved mail folders (both named saved mail) and I need to delete
one. The first is linked to the appropriate .pst file, and the other is
linked to a server/share that is no longer valid (I don't have access to that
server/share and I deleted the network connection). When I try to "close
saved mail" on the saved mail that does not function I get "The operation
failed. An object could not be found." It looks like I need to re-establish
the connection before I can delete this folder.

1) Is there any way to delete this folder without creating a new network
connection, etc.?

2) If I have to recreate the connection, is there any way to look at the
properties for the folder to determine the path that was used?

Thanks,
Raul

Try removing it with Outlook closed from the Mail applet in Control Panel.
If you can't delete it, you can create a new mail profile that points only
to the mail folders you want.

Thanks Brian!

By the way, I couldn't create a new profile named Outlook even after I
deleted the original.

You're welcome.

While I'm be curious to know what happened when you tried, it really doesn't
matter. Profile names don't really mean anything. They're just names.
