I use to transfer data time to time from desktop to laptop and vice versa.
Always I do care to select the option "delete duplicate items being
tranfered" during transfer of data. Some how, I got to be appeared duplicate
items in the inbox and the folders under the inbox. Could you please provide
me any guideline how to get red of these duplicate items in these folders? I
dont want to make transfer again for this purpose because of time consuming.
I am using Microsoft outlook 2007 on both stations.

There is no native way in Outlook to fight this but there are many
duplicates removers. Some of them are listed here;
