how do i delete duplicates in a column while still leaving the first
occurence and not delelting other duplicates of another value that are also
on the same column.

I would like to run a function that goes through the worksheet and deletes
US OE Specilty Real Estate after the first occurence while leaving the other
information and deleting a row between the remaining information and while
still keeping the formatting of the remaing rows as well.
