Is there a way to delete your contacts so they are gone for good. When I
delete now, the deleted contacts can still be found in the privacy
tab-section. Right-clicking on the contacts there gives the option to delete,
but that option can not be pressed.

Any thoughts?

Yes they can be by doing exactly how you've determined (right-clicking the names in the
block/allow list in the privacy section). However this option will only become available that
particular contact has removed you from their main contact list.

Until they do, the option will remained grayed out and you cannot remove them.
